Not to be confused with 2017’s acclaimed documentary of the same name, Night School is a new comedy starring Kevin Hart and while the subject matter may be similar, the two films are very different. After losing his barbeque sales job, high school drop-out Teddy Walker (Hart) becomes a fried chicken mascot. Trying to improve his career prospects Teddy enrols at night school in order to obtain his GED. His tutor’s realisation that he suffers from dyslexia and other assorted learning difficulties leads to some, shall we say, unconventional teaching methods.
